Immigration for Business Purposes

Services are offered for individuals working for their own business interests / freelancers / company owners (holding share majority).

The services for applying for a residence permit for working as an individual on self-employment will contain the following services.

  • supplying a checklist for any all documents to be submitted
  • instruction at which office these documents are to be submitted, n.b. except for diplomas (in English), CV and all documents must be submitted in German (this is important),
  • streamlining supplementary documents,
  • negotiating legal follow up questions from the authorities,
  • supplementary letter to persuade the authorities,
  • general instruction of the application proceedings (duration, fees, opening hours, etc.),
  • whenever possible we will either provide either the mandatory application form or a link to an online form,
  • submitting the details in advance to local authorities for them to process,
  • your provided business plan in German will be proofread.

 

Business Plan:

When applying for self-employment (freelancing), opening a business (corporation, company), a business plan is mandatory. The business plan will be subcontracted to Wandel Consultants GmbH as this company has the professional economical experience in planning businesses. Please understand that the Ministry of Economy of the respective Federal State and Chamber for Industry and Commerce will test the business plan. on its viability. Though Germany needs businesses, the authorities still take a careful look at what you plan to do here. Unwanted / enviable businesses will be denied!

Another reason is that this company can later apply for subsidies also for my fees when consultation goes on. The business plan costs € 1,500. After you found your business, Wandel Consultant’s services can be used to also subsidize my legal fees for further consultation.
