What is your general orientation ?

My target clientele are English or German speaking Non-Germans. These can be businesses persons, diplomats, embassies or private persons.

Why me ?

Having first hand intercultural experiences, I know what it means to be away from home and your problems here. I thus can differentiate where just a misunderstanding may be, without heavily billing.

What do you get ?

Everybody else promises best quality, high professionalism, etc. etc.
I do not !
I guarantee you my piece of legal mind to enable you to make the decisions you require. You will obtain legal advice from somebody, who has learned the law and not something else.
You want / have to fight in court ? I will fight in court, but only after instructing you on the probability of success !
You need a mediation ? I will sooth everyone's aches and calm any tempers.

What do I do ?

I consult on topics relevant for (English speaking) foreigners:

foreigner's law:
immigration, residency / work permits, German citizenship / naturalization to Germany

civil law:
car accidents, tenancy problems, etc.

commercial law:
start-ups: business plans [40% state subsidy possible], office registrations, etc.
contracts for operation or foundation

taxes: returns for corporate, income tax, trade tax, and VAT, keeping tax records, accounting

other issues: can be taken care of with the help of associates, especially when you need an expert and German abilities are not so worth bragging.
