We understand as "remote" that, no director is in Germany. Usually, the notary expects at least one director to visit him to sign. Our assignment for a remote step-up will be to
- Draft board resolution,
- Provide power of attorney with concise instructions to its correct form,
- Monitor payment of capital increase with concise instructions,
- Liaison with our notary, especially visiting him on behalf of the director, to sign the application to register,
- Alternatively, we can provide new articles of association – when stepping up from a Standard UG to an Individual GmbH. These new articles will be fair for all partners. If you have specific wishes, they can be gladly developed and adopted. Please mention these special wishes below when you fill out the contact form!

Local Support for Stepping up
We understand as local support that at least one director is in Germany. When in Berlin, we can accompany you to the notary to interpret or just introduce you to our notary. In case the director does not live in Berlin: No problem! We can still support your company. In this case, we will organize a notary for you in your vicinity. Our assignment for a local step-up will be to
- Draft board resolution,
- Provide power of attorney with concise instructions to its correct form,
- Monitor payment of capital increase with concise instructions,
- Liaison with our notary,
- As an alternative, we can provide new articles of association (when stepping up from a Standard UG). These new articles will be fair for all partners.
